  • The deadline for nominating scholarship recipients is May 14.

  • The board makes decisions about awarding scholarships at its meeting in May and they are awarded in connection with the school's conclusion of the spring semester.

  • The number of scholarships awarded per year is normally around 10.

  • Scholarships are primarily given to students in year 3. In the event that the number of suitable candidates is less than the maximum number of scholarships, students in year 2 may be considered.

  • The board's decisions regarding scholarships cannot be appealed. Considerations in individual scholarship cases are confidential and will not be reported.

Guidelines for scholarship awards

  • Scholarships are primarily awarded to students who have initiated, run and/or actively contributed to activities that have benefited the school as a whole and its students over a long period of time.

  • Scholarships can also be given to students who have been particularly active and significant for one of the school's associations for a long time.

  • Secondly, scholarships are awarded to students who have taken the initiative or actively contributed to activities that have benefited students within a particular section or who have contributed to drawing attention to a particular issue.
